How can I upgrade my subscription?
You can switch your plan at any time — just click the Upgrade button on any higher-tier plan card above, or open Manage Subscription & Billing from your Subscription Dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately and you only pay the prorated difference for the rest of your current billing period; downgrades are scheduled automatically and take effect at the end of the current period (no refunds, no charges in between). How can I purchase more credits?
There are several ways to get additional credits:
One-time Credit Packages
Purchase our one-time payment packages to get credits instantly. These can be purchased multiple times and work alongside any existing subscription.
Subscription Upgrade

Do unused credits accumulate?
One-time purchased credit packs never expire and remain valid forever. Subscription credits are renewed monthly, and any unused credits from the previous month are reset when your subscription renews.
What does canceling my subscription mean?
Canceling your subscription simply means that your plan will not automatically renew at the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. You will continue to have full access to all features and services until your current subscription period expires.
Will I receive a refund after canceling?
Canceling your subscription does not result in an automatic refund. Cancellation only means that your plan will not renew and you will not be charged for the next billing cycle. Can I still use my credits after canceling?
Yes. After canceling your subscription, you can continue to use all remaining subscription credits until your current subscription period expires. If you have credits purchased through one-time credit packs, those credits will never expire and remain available regardless of your subscription status.
